Bob has owned and operated his own consulting business for over eight years. Clients have ranged from independent dealers, CPAs, legal firms, various small business enterprises as well as having managed several GM wholly owned stores. He is also a licensed real estate agent. He brings over 30 years of automobile experience both in wholesale and retail. He retired from General Motors as a Regional Manager with Motors Holding Division (capital assistance program), also having worked in Sales & Marketing for Pontiac Motor Division, as well as Project 2000 Manager working with franchise alignments. Immediately following retirement, he served as an executive manager in a General Motors dealership. Primary areas of expertise include buy-sell negotiations, operational turnarounds, internal controls and procedures, team building, acquisitions, due diligence and networking with bankers and manufacturers. Bob has an undergraduate degree from Albion College and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Wayne State University.
